not been spending late nights at work;
but started bringing stuff home to do.
and if you know me well (which i doubt 90% of the meagre population who reads this do),
i HATE working at/from home.
maybe it'll be better if it weren't in the audit context,
but given the little time i'm at home already,
i'd hate a former place of sanctuary being transformed into a pit of horrors filled with work-related issues.
no,
i'm not content with filling up my audit programmes at home.
speaking of which, the P unit in my company is really anal about admin lah!
who cuts up the content page and pastes each section on each divider, prints the circularisation workpaper, insists on audit programmes for ALL the sections and requires it to be filled with ALL work procedures!?!?
took me an extra half day to finish up.
fortunately my senior is still in the dark about me bringing forward last year's file's dividers haha~
*enough about work*
sales has started.
i NEED new clothes before everyone starts saying: "eh, i think i saw you wear the same things last year!"
:S

sigh.
i just want this imminent nightmare in 13 days to be over.
probably i lack the drive to both work and study at the same time;
but it's no mean feat.
even when the study material looks half familiar coz its partially similar to the university curriculum, and theoretically i've taken the extra modules that cover those not in the core curriculum during the exchange semester.
arghhh...
after june 8,
- i'll plan whether or not to go japan in august (V6!osaka!lakebiwa!kyoto!shikoku!)
- go shopping in kino; have officially run outta books to read~
- chiong j-lang; have to decide whether or not to take up intensive classes
- try to finish up my driving
...in the space of 2 weeks.
am i up to it?
but for now, it's still the long painful wait till june 8 :(
so.. its back to old trusty blogger again :)
in the past five months or so, i've:
x survived a reknown shit job that didn't turn out so shitty after all
x met one of the best seniors ever
x been on the receiving end of a piece of shocking news
x been mistaken as a japanese by the japanese director of the national client
x not broken my record of working till 6am (woww~)
x spent almost $100 importing manga
x finished 80% of my syllabus for CFA
x passed JLPT2
x started driving lessons
..that's about all.
in other words,
x inocchi held his wedding ceremony on 3/5/08 at a small chapel in shinagawa
x he turned 32 on 17/5/08
x asia saw approx 150,000 people wiped out within a week
x taiwan changed its president and the united states effectively did so too
x major row within the extended family
...and that's about all that's happened, seriously.
i realised i've changed.
fundamentally.
can't exactly pinpoint where, but yes.
but by and large, i'm still aeons away from the person i want to be.
nevertheless,
its good to be back :)
